The breakfast included variety of options. I loved the smoothie bar. It offered multiple choices. The chefs are quick at prepping omelettes. The staff were great.
The lighting sometime turned on and off at bedtime. I found this disturbing.

the breakfast buffet includes an extensive array of options. food is delicious and drinks are amazing. the free shuttle service to bangla road was very useful. it removes the need to arrange personal transportation.
the room smelled of damp when i arrived. the cleaner did not do the best job. i found some hairs on the floor even after i spoke with the staff about it.

The pool bar closed way too early. it shut down at 7:00 pm even when people were still there. staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests. I even saw some doing nothing at all instead of assisting. it's frustrating

the beach was kinda far it needed crossing a busy road to get there. the cleaning wasnt that good the floors seemed very dirty, i think they used dirty water to wash it.

the breakfast had a superb range of food. there really was something for everyone. i especially liked the omelettes. they were freshly made by the friendliest chefs i have ever met.
the room was very clean, in fact it's a bit dusty. i found a stain spot on our bed sheet at the last night . the shower drainage was blocked on the first day. they fixed the issue, but it was blocked again on the third day.
